Dublin

File:CM Dublin main-header.jpg

Dublin is the fifth Challenge Mission available. The aim is to complete the 4 jobs from each chapter and advance to the next. The Dublin preview was released September 17, 2010. Unlike previous challenge missions youre not required to get one more Mafia member to enter. The first stage was unlocked on September 19, 2010. Prior to that date, players need to obtain Pints of Stout to help complete the missions.

Dublin offers a world of maximum opportunity, maximum entertainment and maximum crime. The green hills of Ireland are deceiving, as not even the Emerald Isle can escape from the world of crime. Destroy your rivals and become the real power broker in Dublin.

Background

During Chapter 1 you can collect 20 Pint of Stouts every 24 hours. During Chapter 2 they were changed to 30 Pint of Stouts. During Chapter 3 it was changed to Pint of Stouts

My Crew

To enter Dublin you don’t have to add an extra Mafia Member like the other Challenge Missions . After that you can add 2 more Mafia Members each chapter to get extra Pint of Stout. For each added Mafia Member you receive 5 Pints of Stout.

Job Heat Meter

Each time you do a job, you’ll increase the job heat meter. The higher the heat the more Pints of Stout you’ll need to use for each job. Every 8 hours the job heat meter resets. The job heat meter turns orange after 6, and after 5 more it turns red. If you do a job while the job meter hasn’t reset yet, the time will reset back to 8 hours.

4x Loot

Dublin was introduced with 4x loot. I.e. each job gives you the Mastery Reward (of the corresponding chapter). You’ll have 4 Irish Travelers, 4 Black Irishs and 4 Dreacht Capalls at the end of the Challenge Mission.

Here are four reasons to head to Dublin for the latest Challenge Mission. Quadruple. The. Loot. You read that right. We’re giving away FOUR times the rewards in Challenge Mission: Dublin.

If you haven’t started already, travel to Dublin where your mission is to rob the National Bank of Ireland. We’ve changed the reward system so that you receive a ridiculously sweet reward for each job you complete. In past Challenge Missions, you were required to finish all jobs in a chapter to earn a reward. Now you’ll get a chapter reward for each job you complete. So if you finish all FOUR jobs in Chapter 3, you’ll get FOUR powerful Dréacht Capall (pictured left). Oh snap!
Chapter 1 reward: Irish Traveler armor (Attack 52, Defense 63)
Chapter 2 reward: Black Irish weapon (Attack 84, Defense 59)
Chapter 3 reward: Dréacht Capall animal (Attack 67, Defense 111)

You have roughly two weeks left to finish all the jobs in the Challenge Mission. You’ll need to to collect enough Pints of Stout to complete your Dublin jobs. Get Pints of Stout from robbing, fighting, doing jobs, and sending requests to your mafia. You’ll need a lot of Pints to master the Challenge Mission, so drink up and head to Dublin.

San Jaun

I just want to say a few things:
1) Known glitches: “Invalid fight code” just refresh your browser and try again. This will happen a lot.
2) Grenades suck and are worthless, don’t bother using them. shivs and stun guns are nice and health heals you 100%
3) only takes about 3500 stamina to win all 12 rounds.
4) To repetitive, nothing to it just click attack over and over heal attack heal attack just like the last events.

The bosses are back. Last month you beat the Feds. Now it’s time to take on four crime lords from San Juan. This ten-day fight fest starts today, and it’ll take the power and dedication of you and your strongest mafia members to defeat these Puerto Rican bosses.

Each time you take out a boss – there’s Señor Carazco, General Vargas, Don Ramirez and Big Lou – you are rewarded with Vegas chips, experience points, victory coins and powerful loot. The more bosses you beat, the more powerful your items and bigger your bonuses become.

San Juan bosses give up some sweet loot when you beat them. These include: Throwing knives (highest value tops at 49 attack/87 defense), an MG Gloss 350 vehicle (57 attack/95 defense), a Night Vision Viewer armor (106 attack, 71 defense) and a Red Piranha (110 attack, 82 defense).

Your boss fights in San Juan won’t be easy. First, you have to finish off bosses in a specific amount of time. Once time runs out, a boss recovers to full strength, which means you’ll have to start over if you don’t win the fight. Bosses also get tougher after every time, so it’s critical that you get your mafia to help you. Friends who help beat a boss share rewards with you. Don’t forget to help your mafia too. Top helpers also collect the bosses’ loot for helping their mafia win.

There are three mastery levels – bronze, silver and gold. You must defeat all four bosses to receive the mastery item, an Outlander vehicle. The Outlander increases in value each time you master a new level and tops out at attack 112/defense 58.

Help your mafia fight the good fight to collect items, and make sure they are there to go to battle with you in San Juan.

Beat The Feds

Are you ready for the Mafia Wars Boss Fight Event? Starting this Friday (August 13, 2010), you’ll get your chance to beat the Feds! For 10 days, you’ll be taking on 4 bosses with the help of your mafia, and will work on earning a coveted mastery item for Las Vegas. The bosses will each have 3 levels for you to beat. Once you beat them all at the first level, you progress to the next level to continue fighting for your mastery. Each level you complete will give you a special reward, so be sure to finish them all to claim all the prizes!

You’ll have to work quickly to beat the clock, so you can spread the word to your mafia to give you a hand. Helpers will be able to fight a boss as if they are facing the boss themselves. Here’s where it pays to be strong – the toughest helpers who do the most damage per boss fight will receive additional rewards like experience, Vegas cash, fight tokens, and LE items for their help.

If you want to pack a solid punch, you can prepare for battle by making sure you have plenty of consumables like grenades, health kits, shivs, and stun guns to help you along the way. There’s also safety in numbers – go recruit some new members to your mafia before the battle begins to better your odds of victory.

Beat The Feds Challenge

You need to defeat Agent Karlin, Agent Miller, D.E.A. Iverson and D.A. Embry within 10 days time in New York.

For defeating these Agents you get an item and a Mastery Item for defeating all four of them.

When you beat them at a higher level your item will upgrade. There are three mastery levels: bronze, silver, and gold.

You also get a skill point each time you defeat them (you get a total of 12 skill points for beating them).

At bronze mastery each attack is 2 Stamina, at silver matery each attack is 5 Stamina, at gold mastery each attack is 8 Stamina.
